Melek Ufuk TÜLÜBAŞ :
In 1996, after graduated from Civil Engineering, she worked leading companies of industry as Civil Engineer. After she has loss adjuster licence from Republic of Turkey Prime Ministry Undersecretariat of Treasury in 2003, she has been worked on behalf of biggest and leading companies. She established ILA SURVEY in 2011, since than, she has been serving insurers, brokers and partner companies with increasing office staff and developing business capacity.

 

         
   

Gökhan ŞENEL :

He graduated from ITU Endustrial Engineering in 1992. He worked as manager in several export companies and apparel brands in garment retail sector with his training ve organization consulting experience. Since 2011, he has been working as complex loss manager, office and finance manager in ILA Survey Ltd.

 

         
   

Ümit ASLAN : 

In 1996, she graduated from Istanbul University Geophysics Engineering, she worked as director in non-auto complex claim department for Başak Insurers, Groupama Insurer and Zurich Insurer compnaies. After She has loss adjusting licence in 2009 and she has been working as loss adjuster since 2015 for ILA Survey Ltd.

 

            Our Working System  
     
  • 1st Step : After we are appointed, our responsible staff at the front desk contact with the insured for getting summary of damage and arrange an appointment for the survey. A file is being opened in your computer system with a unique case number.

  • 2nd Step : Survey and investigation is carried out by the licenced surveyors at the date of appointment.

  • 3rd Step : Inspection findings and photos are transferred to our office in 10 minutes after survey, by using our Apple Cloud Storage system installed between the office and the experts.

  • 4th Step : Necessary follow up about the file  is started by our appointed staff.

  • 5th Step : Necessary documents are being followed and reminded regularly to both the agency and the insured by our office staff.

  • 6th Step : If necessary, court experts, advocats and expert accountants are being assinged for the case.

  • 7th Step : If necessary asistans companies and salvage companies are assigned for the case. by our Office or insurers are being informed for their salvage, asistans repair company to be served.

  • 8th Step : Final report is being prepared under the consultation and direction of the surveyors.

  • 9th Step: Final report is being controlled and approved by the surveyor for sending to the related parties.
